Anyone can render a camper that magically folds flat. Making one that's buildable, shippable and doesn't leak is a different discipline.
So we split it honestly: the structural shell ships flat. The kitchen, power and wet-room arrive as pre-tested bolt-in cassettes. You get the savings and satisfaction of DIY — without ever having to become a plumber, an electrician, or a caravan builder.
EXPLODED ARCHITECTURE
Stressed-skin composite panels are the structure — no skeleton, no thermal bridge. Corner extrusions clamp them with a compression seal that doesn't rely on your caulking gun.
Bonded composite panels ARE the structure. Insulated, vapour-closed, ~5 kg/m². No frame to rot or bridge heat.
Seals by bolt torque on a captured gasket — not sealant. A second channel drains any ingress. Leaks designed out.
Compliant mounts let the chassis twist on corrugations without cracking the box. This is what kills cheap campers.
A filtered intake keeps the cabin above ambient, so outback bulldust is pushed out of every gap — not sucked in.
BOLT-IN SERVICE CASSETTES
The hard systems arrive built and leak-tested. Drop them in, connect three quick-connects, done.
GALLEY CASSETTE
Flat-pack cabinet carcass + a pre-plumbed tray: sink, tap, 12V pump, drain, fridge slide. Connect blue / grey / 12V.
POWER CASSETTE
Lithium, solar MPPT, DC-DC and a keyed, labelled harness. Nobody hand-wires 12V — you plug it in.
WET-CELL CASSETTE
One-piece moulded GRP pod — single sealed drain. You never waterproof a wet area. Bolts in, braces the box.
ONE WEEKEND · TWO PEOPLE · ONE TOOL
Floor cassette bolts to the base rails on your tray or trailer — on torsion mounts.
Wall panels lift on (≤25 kg each). Extrusions clamp, torque-limited bolts compress the seal.
Roof & pop-top bolt on with gas struts. Lock down.
Plug the labelled power harness. Slide in the galley. Bolt in the wet-cell. Leak test.
